Decoilers and payoffs
From a simple single payoff to a motorized twin or even triple payoff, UDM can supply it. From 50kg to 3+ Ton coils, 500mm to 2.2m diameter coils which ever material you produce we have a solution for your needs.
Open coilers
From the softest of materials to the hardest, the loading of the point into the line is of great importance. Dead time and safety are two big issues and our machines address all of these. From our simplest version for the opening of the coil, to the combination type with the automatic insertion into the drawing line.
Pointing units
From rotary swaging machines to machine or rolling pointers, we can supply which is best adapted to your process and material.
Robot
With safety in mind, the entry area to the drawing lines is definitely the complex area of the line. Our new robots now offer the possibility of automatically feeding the bars into the line. The operators now only used for the finding of the point.
Scalping
Our scalping units are designed for placement in line with the drawing operation and can designed to be fitted on the die stand of any drawing machine. Our design incorporates scalping die and also a dimension die afterwards.
