Optical non-destructive testing of bars
The system is designed to check for the presence of cracks, stains, dents and residue from extrusion on 360° of an extruded or drawn bar. The system is modular, depending on the size and shape of the bar, the system can be supplied with 4 to 8 linear camera for defect control or as an option, tele-centric cameras for ovality control.
The resolution is hundredths and allows you to identify the fault from 0.05 mm up (depending on the type).
Production speed up to 100m/min.
